5 Signs You May Benefit from a Yoni Steam

Although the uterus is self-cleaning, just like any organ, it doesn't perform it's best at times. During menstruation, the uterus sheds it's lining that it was preparing for pregnancy. If all matter hasn't been released, we may experience symptoms that can be reversed and prevented by Yoni Steaming.

The following are signs that your yoni hasn't removed everything from your last period.

1. Brown Blood at the Beginning or Ending of Menstruation

Blood turns brown when it is old. Once blood has been exposed to oxygen and the majority of its water has evaporated, it becomes darker. Brown blood at the beginning or ending of your period is a sign that all the contents of menstruation weren't completely removed during your period. Women whose periods continue this way for an extended time can end up with blocked fallopian tubes, unexplained infertility or endometriosis. If you experience brown blood at the beginning of your period, do a Yoni steam before your period. For brown blood after you period, do a Yoni steam after your period.

2. Cramps

Cramps is a sign of the uterus contracting, trying to remove something that is stuck inside. Just like during labor, but of course not as intense. If there is old blood stuck to the walls, clots, yeast, etc., you'll experience cramps. Doing a Yoni steam a few times during the week your period is due, will help loosen up anything stuck to the walls and substantially reduce or eliminate cramping.

3. Heavy Flow

Experiencing a heavy flow along with cramping and/or clotting is a sign that the uterus is backed up to the point that it is trying to flush it out with blood. Such heavy blood loss on a continued basis is not good. It may lead to risks for anemia. Yoni steaming helps to clear out old matter which in turn will reduce the heavy bleeding.

4. Clots

Menstrual blood clots are a sign of poor circulation in the body. When the menstrual blood moves slower it has time to clot up and get stuck. Yoni steaming before and after your period for a few months will help to stop menstrual blood clots. To promote circulation in the body get active and eat foods that encourage healthy circulation. Examples: Spinach, parsley, avocados, nuts, oranges, lemons, limes, apples, berries, and many more.

5. Postpartum Contractions

Postpartum contractions are normal. They are caused by the uterus removing pregnancy matter and tightening back up after giving birth. If the contractions last for a longer period of time, it may be a sign of something being stuck which can lead to infection. Yoni steaming a week after giving birth helps the body fully cleanse, tone and nourish the uterus.

Yoni steaming is a safe, gentle and effective way to cleanse the uterus and vagina and help to reverse/prevent the situations listed above.
