ORDERS

  • All orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received. Some of our products are made-to-order, therefore production and processing times will vary with most orders. We strive to have all orders processed and shipped between to 5 business days of the order being placed. However, increased order volumes, order size and quantities, and product availability may result in longer processing times.

  • Tracking numbers (if available with shipping option)  will always be emailed

 

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location

 

*Note: SHIPPING INFORMATION CANNOT BE UPDATED OR CHANGED ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND SHIPPED. ALL SHIPMENTS RETURNED BACK TO US DUE TO INCOMPLETE/INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE SUBJECT TO A RETURN SHIPPING FEE WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. FINER HOLISTICS IS NOT LIABLE FOR RETURN TO SENDER FEES. AS PRECAUTION PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL INFORMATION UNDER SHIPPING IS CORRECT BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase(s), contact us WITHIN 5 DAYS of receiving your product(s) and we will do our best to assist you!
